Risk Terminator - Report Output for Violation

Hi Experts ,

I have configured Risk Terminator parameter default violation report type to be at Action Level. i.e.1088 is set to 01 same for the plug in as well.

However , while doing the role generation with valid SoD conflicts , , the t-Code level analysis is empty .I am getting only the object level report for both pfcg role generation and su01 user assignment .

In case if I have missed something , please could anyone let me know how to fix this issue ?
