Hi,

In team purchasing m not able to maintain substitute on SRM port personalization.

Is there any way to maintain it through GUI??

HI,

You cannot add them via SAPGUI.. You have to use portal for the same.

Silly question, but where on the portal do you access Team Purchasing ?

Configuration for Team Purchasing is set to 'admin and all users'

Hi Kim,

In user setting you should maintain a procurement substitute with valid period.  Then at the shopping cart ordering screen you will get option as "Team Cart Make accessble to my purchasing substitues

Thanks for the response. & I'm a little embarrassed to ask this ... but in SRM 7.0 where are the user settings ?

I'm looking at assign source of supply page (select requisition step 1 from carry out sourcing) and only settings I see are search criteria settings.

Did I miss an Iview or role assignment ?

Hi Kim,

This is available in main page only.  Not in any of the shopping Cart Screen.   Please check the user Personalization settings.  If you are using Portal please check the following i  view

com.sap.pct.srm.iv_personalsettings

That's what I was looking for , didn't have that Iview assigned in portal.

Hi Nikhil,

you can try using program RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE

i.e. run the above program, select the user id for whom you want to create substitute and F8.
Next click on icon "Create Substitute" > enter user id of substitute and save it.

Here you can also delete already added substitutes.

for this you should have adminstartor role.
