Error: File Server Input is down while Export/Import the Unv from Desktop C

Hi All,

We have SAP BI 4.0 in Linux and installed the client components in Desktop. when we try to Import/Export the Universe to repository we are getting the Error: File Server Input is down and it's same with Webi Rich also.

We are suspecting the firewall is stopping the Data packets because the person who is working in the client environment is able to do these without any issues.

The main issue with PORTS and we are not at all sure which ports are required to be open.

If anyone has solution please let us help.
