do we have Standard report, which will list down Per vendor - Total Purchases made in Weekly / Monthly / Yearly with PO details?

Have you tried t-code ME2L give vendor and Po create date there

OR ME80FN t-code

in this t-code you can check Po history also

hI,

Check MC$0, and if you want to analysis afetr GR then use MB51 select Movemen ttype 101,102,122 enter the posting epriod and execute, also check MBGR.
