few IDOC's not reaching the External Drive

Hi Gurus,

We are working on one issue where after doing Goods Receipt in SAP, IDOC's get triggered to the external drive which is maintained for that. Now our issue is when IDOC's got triggered not all the IDOC's reaching the external drive. Some IDOC's are missing (4-5 IDOC's in an Average in a day). But in SAP, IDOC existing and it is in green and showing status code "3". But it is missing.

Now, how to find out why it is not reaching the destination and where it has gone.

Please share your thoughts in this. Also please let me know if anybody else had faced this issue before.

Hi

Due to some reasons IDOC's were stuck in SM58.

Just pick up the tRFC id from IDOC and search in t.code SM58.

If tRFC id exist in SM58 just reprocess those IDOC's through tcode BD88.

In tcode SM58 you also got the reason of IDOC stucking.
