problem in alv grid

Hi Experts,

in grid i have to display some data by using Alv with check boxes.The problem is based on condition mean if valie is negative

checkboxes have to go in disable mode or possitive checkboxes have go in enable mode and whenver you select all button only that enable checkboxes have check not disable checkboxes.like as diselect all.
