Multiple Lines for one Business Partner on Agng Report

Hi all,

From version 8.8 of SAP Business One (and PL 08 which I have tested) on the aging report I see, for the same Business Partner, more than one lines with different amounts. The sum of those amounts make the real balance of the BP so i think that what it does is to categorize in some way the transactions.

I cannot figure out why it does that.

Any help?

Thanks

Gerasimos

    Hi,

    Can you confirm whether :

    1) The BP Code appearing in the Aging is having the same case (Upper or lower) or they are different?

    2) Can you also confirm whether Bp Code has entries where control account is different?

In the meantime, I will check some documentation/Note if available on the query.

    Kind Regards,

    Jitin

    Hi......

Go to that Business Partner Master Data and click on the Orange Arrow of Account Balance and get the list of transaction because of which outstanding of BP is created......

    Regards,

    Rahul

    Jitin

There are cases where we have lower-upper case differences, so this could be one reason. However, there are also cases where this is not happening.

Rahul, I am not sure I got your point. I have from the Account Balance the Open transactions of the BP. How this can help? Sorry if I didn't understand this correctly

    Jitin,

It seems you were right. The upper-case lower-case difference seems to create the whole issue. Even though for the same BP I had also more two entries with upper case and one with lower case, cancelling the lower-case one solved the whole issue (At lest it seems so).

    Thanks
