Already existing master data enhancement

I am doing enhancement of an already existing infoobject. I have added few more attributes but these attributes are populated in the transformations by doing few calcuation.

I need to transport this infoobject in quality environment. As it is already existing infoobject do i need to delete data for this infoobject before moving transport request from Development to Quality.
