Creating and Deploying Web Services for an EJB

I have read all the web service documentation within the help of SAP Dev Studio and I'm a bit confussed.

Do I need to create an entire development infrastructure in order to create and deploy a web service created from a stateless session bean?? That is what the docs seem to be saying.

Can anyone who has created their own ws from a session bean give me a quick walkthru of the steps.

I will be most appreciative.
