Archiving Project

Hi experts,

I want to delete a Project Mask (OPSJ) in my test system, in order to do it I need first to delete some projects. As the projects have already been released I couldn't simply delete them. I Close them and I set the Deletion Flag in CJ20N.

Now I was trying to archive them using CN80, but I get the message "Deletion indicator not set, cannot delete" for the projecte and the network. I don't understand what is happening.

Could you give a help?

Hello

Archiving PS object checks the associated documents like PR/PO/ reservation.

This design is mandatory .

It is not possible to archive PS object without archiving the relevant documents.

You may archieve this only by your own development.

I was missing a step, sorry.

The problem now is that we still can't delete the project mask in OPSJ, we think it is because one of the archived projects had a simulation version and we don't know, yet, how to delete it.

Hello ,

Have you set deletion indicator inside variant ?

Put any variant ( say 1) and click on maintain. Here you can set deletion indicator.

I'm in CN82 transaction, I have already created a variant in which all the indicators are set, including "Test Run" and "Delete from database".
