CRM Datasource Enhancement : Field not getting populated

Hi Guys,

I am trying to extend CRM Datasource 0CRM_SRV_CODES. The field is want to extend is SORT from Segment SRV_SUBJECT and Segment field is SORT.

The mappoing is done in BWA1. The field is not hiddeen in Datasource and I have checked in RSA6.

The table ROOSFIELD and SMOXRELP is maintained as required.

When I save the DS in BWA1 it does not give any error.

I executed the Datasource in RSA3 but find this is not populated..

please let me know what could be wrong.

Appreciate your help.

    Hi,

is This field(SORT) added to the extract structure (Appended ) If so you need to write a logic to populate the data in CMOD include program .

    Guys,

I resolved this myself...Not sure if this is the correct process or not...

I just modified the mapping function module CRM_BW_SERVICE_CODES_MAP and write one line of code to populate SORT field.

If anybody has a better idea please post it here. if somebody wish to know how i did that, please let me know.

    Regards,
