Customer message for Time out Error

Hi Friends,

Generally Whenever the Application has Time out ,If you try clikck or perform any action it will give a dump saying Time out.

but, In my case if the application is time out ,instead of a Dump which user will not understand at first look,User would like to have custome message saying 'Application has reached Maximum idle Time,Please refresh the screen'

is there any possibility of doing this from Webdynpro abap.

If possible,Please provide you valuable inputs.
