BEX 7.0 - confusion with status of data information

Former Member

Hi evrybody,

I'm a bit confused with some status information in a BEX workbook.

As you know, in workbooks we can bring in static information thru a text element. Under Constants tab we can find a couple of information to get displayed.

When I check the following constants .....

- Status of Data from

- Status of Data to

- Relevance of Data (Date)

- Relevance of Data (Time)

- Status of Data

I only see a value in "Status of Data to". That confuses me. I'd expect to esee either all fields popuated or all fields empty.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Hi Heiko,

As said above some of those fields are available only in case of Multiprovider based query (subsequently workbook).

Therefore check documentation either you do not missing anything:

Hi,

Following is the info from SAP help documents, not sure whehter its of any help:

● Status of Data: Time at which the data of the last request (that could be analyzed for reporting) was posted in the InfoProvider. In the case of MultiProviders, the respective current InfoPackages are determined from the individual standard InfoCubes and the one with the latest date is used for the validity of the data. This shows a date and a time (in the local time zone).

● Data From (Date): The date of the Status of Data text element.

● Data From (Hour): The date of the Status of Data text element.

● Status of Data From: (MultiProviders only)

● Status of Data To: (MultiProviders only)
