Hi all

currently we are doing project for gov company,in our process the client will rise tender for all the works like road work building work etc, mostly this process only done by the client please guide me how to do in sap

Raising a tender you can consider similar to a RFQ

Please check with your MM consultant for more details..

in our process there no RFQ, only cost estimate as per goverment norms and giveing advisement in tv,paper etc ,

Hi Raj,

That means your client is gov. They issue tenders for different projects. If i am right . then we call for bids in sap. and do the bid evaluaiton and based the price and technical bids and finalise them. please check with your mm consultant about the same.

Government procurement can be mapped with SAP ERP, SAP SRM, and the SAP Procurement for Public Sector package.

Please make sure all the above packages are considered in your implementation.
