Hello,

No, you would not do it this way. The managed system can send the EWA data to System A and to System B,

This way System A would process an EWA for the managed system and so would System B,

This is how it is done.

Assume you have already configured the EWA to send to the EWA to System A and system A is defined as the Master in SDCCN RFC Destinations.

You would merely apply the process of SAP Note 207223, but instead of specifying SDCC_OSS you would specify the RFC destination as SM_<SID>_CLNT<nnn>_BACK ( which is the *_BACK RFC to system B. Since the task will be scheduled as a periodic task, it will run automatically.

Of course you will need to schedule an EWA task in DSWP Operations Setup on system B so a service session is created on the second Solution Manager system, that can be referenced and populated by the SDCCN task that you will schedule as in SAP Note 207223.

Just for your information SAP Note 207223 is the Note uswed to process EWA at SAP, and can be used in conjunction with the EWA scheduled in the local Solution Manager system ( the MAster), so yo umerely need to change the RFC destination to send the data to the second Solution Manager system. However you do need to schedule the EWA on the second Solution Manager system, so a service session will be created, that can be pulled and populated when this SDCCN task is run.

Hi All,

Thanks for your suggestion.

I have some idea abot the solution now. I will try it.

By the way,

does any one can tell me if solution manger system define as master,

what happen?

It seems that EWA can work if no setting any master system.

Hello,

Please refer to SAP Note 763561 > Q10.

Here is the extract

10. Q: What is the purpose of the 'Master' flag in

SDCCN -> Goto -> Settings -> Task specific -> RFC destinations ->

Settings -> Destinations.

A1: If the 'Master' flag is set the satellite system refreshes the

service definitions from the selected SAP Solution Master system.

A2: The 'Master' flag enables the collection of data from the

selected SAP Solution Master system into the SDCCN data collection

in the satellite system. This concerns

o Data of non-ABAP components

o CPU utilization data of virtual servers

So this should also answer your second question.

Regards,

Paul

Hello,

Better you send the EWA report for 'each' remote system to 'both' of the Solution Manager's.

If SID is remote system , then configure the EWA setup for this SID to go into both A and B.

Thanks

Hi,

I don't think so it is possible to sent EWA report of satellite system to 2 solution manager because you can set only one master system for each satellite system in SDCCN.

Thanks
