Not sure what made you ask about Windows NT and Oracle 9i. Both have been out of support for a long time now.

You better go for Windows 2003 and Oracle 11g.

For supported versions have a look at http://service.sap.com/pam

When it comes to installing, have a look at http://service.sap.com/instguides

    regards

    Hi,

Check the ASAP Implementation Roadmap in the below link:

    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/lw/asap%20methodology/asap%20methodology%20for%20implementation/index.htm

In each of the 5 phases, the section Technical Solution Management deals with the main Basis related activities.

Ofcourse Basis support would be required for other areas as well. This should help you a get an overview of activities you need to plan and execute.

    Regards,

    Srikishan
