HCM PM Integration Capacities

Hi experts!!

We have employees with qualifications they have (relationship P-Q).

By other hand we have a Work Center Capacity defined with the qualifications needed (relationship KA-Q).

We need fill the "Personnel no." who will execute the order, tcode IW41.

This order only can be execute by people that they have some specific qualifications. So when we assign the "personnel no" of the employee in the matchcode(F4), there only should appear the employees with the qualifications execute this order.

How should be the integrantion between the qualifications of the persons in HR and the requirements qualifications of the work center capacity?

Have you integrated workcenters with Persons using T. code CR01/CR02

How do we should integrate workcenter with persons?

We don't know if we have done the right steps, we have added the qualifications to the capacity and the HRMS assignment, specifically we have added a work unit where there is some positions and the positions are assigned to employees with different qualificacions.

Now when we try to assign the employee we are showed all the employees of the work unit, not only those with the correct qualifications to execute the work order.

Please, can you tell us the correct steps for this integration?

Hi,

You can do assignment through IR02 or CR02.

Once you create Workcenter through IR01,

you need do create HR worcenter Also through IR02/CR02 under workcenter or Org. Unit based on Your requirement, Then system shows under HR workcenter Persons, Positions and Requirement profiles.

As per you you need select Person and create relationship (Shift+F5), Then provide related personnel number with start date and end date, adopt the personnel number.

Select again personnel number create Qualifications, System leads to HR masterdata for maintain, create Qualifications save as per requirement.

Hi,

We think it isn't working right.

When we select the employee in tcode IW41 we can see all the employees of the work unit assigned in the work center. But we need to know the qualifications of the employees to execute the order. The work center has the capacity defined with the qualifications required. Also de employees have the qualifications assigned. So, when we notify in tcode IW41 we need know the employees who have the correct qualification, and rightnow the application shows us all the employees of the work unit, but we can't know the qualifications of the employees at this moment.
