To display the planned independent requirements

Hi,

When I am trying to display the PIR material in MD63, MD73 I'm getting the below error saying,

" No requirements were found which correspond to the selection criteria "

Bt we are getting some dependent requirements in MD04 whereas i couldn't display it in MD63.

Pl help me to get this..
