Archive Link: Storing outgoing document in archive link.

Dear Gurus,

Need your help and guidance in below requirement.

I have a requirement to store outgoing documents (e.g. INVOICE from VF31) as an attachment using archive link.

I did all the basic customizing settings mentioned below.

Maintaining Content Repositories

Maintaining document classes

Maintaining document types

Maintaining Links

I did following settings:

Creating Content Repository, :

Document Area: Archive Link

Storage mode: SAP System Database

Version no: 0046

Contents Table: SDOKCONT1

Transfer Dict: /usr/sap/XXX/SYS/global/

Output Device : ARCH

Document Types :

SDOINVOICE: OTF

Document Links:

Object Type: VBRK

Doc Type: SDOINVOICE

Link: TOA01

Retention Period: 12

When I try to print the documents using VF31 with Print & Archive option, itu2019s printing successfully but document is not getting archived and not showed in VF03 Tcode as an attachment.

Please guide me where I am missing.
