Unable to export CR 2008 on BOE XI 3.1 (SP3) to PDF



We recently upgraded our reports from Crystal Reports v10 to Crystal Reports 2008, and we are now running BOE XI 3.1 (SP3) from our previous Crystal Enterprise v10. I've migrated our reports to the new version and have them on BOE XI. I am able to schedule and view them from InfoView in Crystal Reports format, but when I try to export OR schedule to PDF, I get the following (generic) error:

(When Scheduled): Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server

(When viewed as CR then exported): Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator. [RCIRAS0546]

This doesn't seem to happen to ALL our reports, and I can't seem to find out why the ones that don't work.. don't.

(I have a second similar post on the forums for the RCIRAS0546 error - my apologies for the redundancy)
