Purchase order xxxx does not contain items for a stock transfer

Hi Guys

I am doing STO without Shipping and Without Billing.

I created STO with UB and with Item Cat U..But when I try to do Goods Issue i am getting the below error..

Purchase order xxxx does not contain items for a stock transfer..

checked in Set up for STO.. all in place. still getting error..
