Business Objects Explorer 4.0 error

Good day everyone!!

I have a problem installing Business Objects Explorer 4.0. The problem is this:

I installed Business Objects 4.0 without any problem on a Windows Server 2008.

Then i installed Explorer on the same machine, the installation process runs fine and at the end i get the Installation Successful message.

However when i tried to log on explorer i get this message:

Failed to Logon

Explorer was not able to initialize the service locator. (PS 10007)

PS_10006_CANNOT_CONTACT_SERVICE

I reviewed the servers on CMC and there is not any server related to Explorer as:

ExplorerExplorationServer

ExplorerIndexingServer

ExplorerMasterServer

ExplorerSearchServer

So thats why i cant logon. I uninstalled Explorer and re-installed but nothing changed.

I there something that i missed during the installation???

If somebady knows hot to fix this problem please let me know.
