Relation between Plan and the adjustment reason

Hi,

Please help to identify the relation(configuration) between the PLAN(M013,.....) and Adjustment Reason. I see there is a config between PLAN TYPE(10/20/22) and Adjustment Reason.

The back ground of this requirement is, we need to display couple of medical plans during the Open Enrollment and Other Plans during the New Enrollment.

I tried to identify the place we relate the PLAN and Adjustment Reason, but i couldn't.

Please let me know is there any FEATURE or Do i need to use any enhancements to achieve this.
