2 structural profiles & one user

Hi expert,

Is there some ways to assign 2 roles with different structural profiles (P_ORGINCON) to one user? One role is used at the backend systeem for the whole structure level, and another one is used at the portal for the department level.

Now we have a problem: it seems the 2 profiles overlap each other and the user have the authorisation for the whole structure both at the backend systeem and at the portal. Transaction HRAUTH says the user has 2 structural profiles.
