Please start by creating a secondery cost element using transaction KA06. Cost element category should be 43.

Then, create the activity type itself using transaction KL01.

to set a rate/price of your activity type, use transaction KP26. this is done at cost center level.

Hi

KL01 is the T-code to Create Actvity Type and KP26 is the T-code to maintain activity price against the activity type.

Create secondary cost element through KA06. Activity type will require a secondary cost element.

KL01 - Create Activity Type tied to the primary cost element.
