BAPI to Update notification along with text

Hi,

I need to update an existed notification along with short text for respective new task. I am trying with the below BAPIs and function module for notification and 'INIT_TEXT', 'SAVE_TEXT' to update the text. can any body suggest me is there any other way to create new task and update text for the task at once.

BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_DATA_MODIFY

BAPI_SERVNOT_MODIFY_DATA

IWON_NOTIFICATION_DATA_MODIFY
