Can't log in database

I am IT administrator in one company, my company use 3 OS(Window xp, Window vista, and window 7) It using sap version 640 log on. When user window xp try to acess one database is ok. But other user using win 7 or vista try to access the same database can't it auto turn off the sap.

Please help me to solve it because it already pending some time and I out of idea. I recommend user to format and install xp but user insist of using back win 7 or vista.

Dear Eddy,

I am using windows 7 with SAP GUI Version 720.

It may be the case that SAP Version 640 is incompatible with windows 7 or Vista.

So I suggest you to upgrade to latest SAP GUI version.

I hope it will work in windows 7.
