Not Getting the work item for approval in NWBC overview screen

I am using standard task TS22600008 to trigger workflow from BRF+ so that approver can get that workitem in NWBC overview screen and approve that. I have also maintained approver's ID in the OOCU_RESP transaction for the agent determination rule 22600022. My issue is in QA server where the workitem is not visible in the overview screen unless until I go to SWIA transaction and execute the workflow manually. But in development server it is working fine. Previously I thought it was due to WLC parameter setup for the user in SU01 but I have checked that in DEV server and QA server the parameter has been maintained in similar fashion. Looking forward for your inputs on this issue.

Have to tried to check if in case you missed to move the IBO* customization to the other QA client.
