i get EarlyWatch alert on the solution manager EHP 1
in the EarlyWatch i have a massage The EarlyWatch Alert Service has detected severe problems that may cause you to lose business.
We recommend that you take corrective action immediately.
"A high ratio of full garbage collections to all garbage collections indicate performance problems of the J2EE Engine"
what i need to do can you help me?
i upgrade ST-PI to level 4 and ST-A/PI -

Hello,
The fist thing you should try and establish is if the EWA is alerting correctly and you actually have GC issues.
You can check the GC in DEV_SERVER0 at the OS level and just verify the Garbage collection there matches what the EWA is reporting. If it does then you have an GC issue. If not, it may be an EWA issue. So the first step is to verify the alert to be valid.
Then act accordingly.

Please check this note [Note 723909 - Java VM settings for J2EE 6.40/7.0|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=723909] and correct your VM settings, try to increase the Heap memory for each server node and check.
