Currently in the recruitment module in HR the last Overall status an applicant can have is status "Prepared for hiring". But in the whole procedure, this is not the last step. The applicant next is hired by Basic PA as "Hire Applicant". Since after performing "Hire Applicant" action this doesn't change anything in the recruitment, you cannot see whether an applicant , who was prepared for hiring, already was hired.
How do i change the status in the recruitment module from "Prepared for hiring" to "Hired" after performing "Hire Applicant" action in Basic PA.
