I was checking some of the parameters that can be configured within the UMR in ECC but still haven't found what I need. I wonder if there is any dummy parameters that I could use to store information there, like for instance the support ticket used to create the user, this is only to be able to create a report that I can show to my external auditors in case they ask me (and they do that every year) for the request and the authorizations to create certain user. Or if is there a way to configure a customized parameter and how can I do that?
The UMR has several fields to save information but still I think it lacks of some more useful info from the compliance perspectiv which could be connected with the support systems.
