How to Map offcut in production Order

Dear Expert,

I am doing production and at the time of production some offcut is getting generated so how to define this process in production execution (offcut is the co product generated during production activity eg. i use the metal sheet while doing production but the cutting portion left from the metal sheet is my offcut, so how i have to treat this material so that i can make the process in sinc because i cant define the offcut qty in prior, offcut is received after executing the cutting operation of the metal sheet) plz suggest solution.
