Dear all,
New to workflow management. user is not getting mails for few notification but getting mails for lots of notification.
Workflow Used: WS90000012
Business object: BUS2038
Can any one tell what could be the reason?

What do you mean by "notifications"? Emails that tell users that there are workitems in their inbox? Or just emails from workflow?
Is there no workflow administrator there?

Whether the workflow triggers on creation of maintenance order ?
Please check in workflow log whether all the agents are seen in workflow log.If so, it could be authorization issue and that's why rest of the agents are not in receipt of notifications.
In the workflow log, if all the agents (who are supposed to receive notfications) are not seen, make sure missing agents are passed to mail step.
