Hello,
My company is migrating existing compatible unit IDs from another system to SAP. Our CU IDs are 15 characters in length, but SAP is set to 8. Is this field legth customizable?

You can maintain unit of measurement via config tcode - CUIN
If needed, you can also create your own unit of measurement
