Dump after Login to SAP ECC server through Web Browser via ITS (internal)

Hi,

I have done the configuration of enabling ITS so that we can use SAP ECC in Browser.

1. itsp/enable =1

2. All Services are activated (SICF)

3. SYSTEM. WEBGUI, IAC are published in Se80

When i run using the url

http://testdev.milecc.com:8021/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?sap-client=333&sap-language=EN

I am getting the login screen and once i provide my login details and login, i get a error stating

The URL http://testdev.milecc.com:8021/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/~flNUQVRFPTExMTgwLjAwMS4wMS4wMQ== was not called due to an error.
