WMTA output issue

Hi Experts:

I am facing a WMTA issue, we assigned this WMTA output in Delivery notes, once this Delivery note created the TO will be automatic generated immediately, normally the TO creation time should be the same with the time when delviery note generated, but here we have one hour time gap showed in TO, let's say the DN created at 9:10, the time show in TO is 10:10, it should be 9:10, I don't know why...

In condition recrod maintainace, have you configured the 'Date/Time' to 4.

This will immediately trigger the output and create the TO.

We already set the date/time to 4--immediately, the issue exist under this circumstance.

Hi,

Please check in your system if any background job is scheduled for report RSNAST00 with processing time, this will affect to create TO immediately.

it is still not clear to me if the transport order is created an hour later, or if it is created the same time as the delivery but just shows a different time in the database.

in the second case it must been caused by different time zone settings, while in the first case it has probably to do with schedule of background jobs.

The problem is just the database showed different time ,it should be the same. and I checked there is no background jobs run.

are you working with different time zone settings?

e.g. is your SAP server located in a different time zone than your warehouse and shipping point?

In a shipping point address you have a time zone, is the entered time zone correct?

Our SAP server located in Denmark Euro time, and warehouse shipping point located in Japan Asia time, if there is time zone issue, I think both delivery and TO aslo differ from SAP time 8h,but now the delivery creation time and TO creation time show in database have 1h gap, actually there are created in same time.
