Inspire is a tool with lots of complex mappings and BPMs. As it is not available freely, you can't get any actual documentation online. Implementation of the tool requires understanding of tool as well as project systems. If you already have the tool, I would recommend going through the documentation available with the tool. I really doubt that you will get any such help on SCN.
