deduction of all the leavs carry over in next time evaluation

Hi ,

When we are running the time evaluation for next accrual period the deduction of ALL THE LEAVES that empl got till now carry over to next accrual period.

e.g:

Quota acrula period is july to June

employee us having quota 07/01/2010 to 06/30/2011---- 208 hrs

quota used 40 hours

balance quota -152 hrs

next accrual ;- 07/01/2011 to 06/30/2012

quota genratd ---248 hrs.( current 208 + previous 40 hrs Leaves taken by employee)

Please tell me how to resolve this issue.

Go V_T559L table , Select Validity and deduction interval, Validity Interval under Valid to there is relative position there give 999.

Position 999 is already there in validity interval.

logicaly deducted absence should not carry forwrd to next quota gentration but in this case it getting carry forward.

Please tell us how to fix this issue .

Are u using Time Evaluation, If so why dont u write PCR

now the used quota is not getting added in ot new quota genration this is sue resolved.

But deduction is still getting carry forward at the time of quota genration.

Hi,

Check PCR written for Quota generation. As per you all Leave balance store in Same Day balance and adding again next leave year quota while generation.

Check Employee master also for IT2006 end date of Record.

deduction start date is 01/01/2011 and deduction end date is 31/12/9999. i tried to chage the configuration intable T559L but tahe date are still reflecting the same.

HI,

In T559L validity should be for leave year only then system does not transfer Quota one year to another year.

You need to check in IT2006 Record if it is end date of record 31.12.9999 then you should change end date of leave year manually because already Quota generated and utilized also as per you.

In case of Quota generation through Time Evaluation syetem does not allow you to change in IT2006 end date record. If it is Manually only it will allow you to change.

Resolved by chnaging the configuration in V_T559D
