SAP installation stopped at ABAP load error: sql error '12537'

Hi ,

I am installing SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP4 and ABAP with Oracle 11G on AIX 6.1 load ended up with the error as below, please help

    Reasons can be many, you please check whether oracle and listener are up or not. Check 'R3trans -d' and trans.log

    please make sure the db client is loaded and is in the env variables

    • This was because oracle parameters session and/or processes were low in number . Increase the parameters session and processes as per the formula in SAP note 1431798. Whenever you face such a problem , the exact reason can be seen by trying to connect to the database using sqlplus session. It will clearly state that no more processes or sessions are available to server the request.

    Hi,

    Can you look from more details about the issue from alert_SID.log. it can give a clear picture whats happening in the database.
