We have business scenario , where we are using activity for appointment scheduling , the parties involved will be the external vendors & other end clients(BP's). Now we are sending the notices to end clients through this activity , so that they know when exactly is the appointment(date & time). But how the external vendors who does the business with us will know the date & time? How this whole process of communicating between end client(BP) & external vendor happens? Basically this end client(BP) has to go external vendor for business appointment. How does external vendor will be notified in case of appointment got cancelled OR changed?
Do we have to use the factory calendar in these situations? Does it have any role here?
