Any Reporting Issues With WBS & Internal Order On Same Asset Shell


We activated the WBS and Internal Order fields in the asset module back in 2006 but put into place a module pull that that would prevent the use of both a WBS and Internal Order being used simultaneously on the same asset shell because from what I am hearing there were reporting issues and possibly data loss because the WBS and Internal Order both pointed to the Cost Center. I am assuming the reporting issues were on the FI side. We now have some users that because of new reporting requirements concerning grants want this block removed so both the WBS and Internal Order can be used at the same time on a single asset shell.

Any comments concerning problems that might be encounter is appreciated.
