How to retrive value only posted on Master data.

Hi,

In my F4 help,i am getting the value othere than master data values available in my infoprovider.

Actually i change the query level setting into value poster on master data,but no luck still i am getting all the value other than the values available in the infoprovider.Can any body provide the lights on this.

go to rsd1 and to your infoobject and go to its properties and under bex change ti to master data only.

also when your bring the varibale over in bex right click to restrick the field once you bring it to the right, click on the man face on right top cornor it will take you rto help and use master data in there as well.

Query level setting doesn't affect the variable screen F4 help and only affects the "select filter value" after query result is shown.

To affect the variable screen F4 help, you can change at RSD1 infoobject level or infoprovider level.

Normally in order to reduce the affected range, people change at infoprovider level.
