MIGO is used to post all kind of MM Movements, instead old transaction like MB01, MB1B and others.
MIRO is used to pot a Purchase Invoice to completer the Purchasing Process started with teh Order.
MIRO perform a logistic check of the invoice, and also an automatic accounting posting, if the invoice is right.
You have to use MIRO to post Infoice referred to Purchase Orders, opened on the system. If the PO is for Materials or Assets, you have to provide teh Good-receive operation using MIGO in advance.
