Internet Explorer randomly crash after upgrade to Netweaver 7.0 EHP2 SP9

Dear Expert,

I have some issues with Internet Explorer after upgrade SAP Netweaver 7.0 EHP1 SP21 to SAP Netweaver 7.0 EHP2 SP9.

A few users reported that Internet Explorer randomly crashed while they are using the system.

note: we are using Ajax Framework as default theme.

What version of Internet Explorer are those users using? Are all current patches for IE installed?

Thanks Markus,

Most users are using Internet Explorer 9 ( Window 7 Professional ). I have suggested them to reinstall this application and update to the latest patch level by using Window Update. I will come back to you with the result.
