Dear All;

I have a set of orders which have been partially confirmed, then TECO done.

The orders have a status PDLV and TECO.

When i attempt to do Variance calculation using T.code KKS2, i get an error

message:

"Order does not have status DLV or TECO"

Kindly advise me on how to sort out this error.

Thanks;

Richard.

Hi Richard,

To execute the variance calculation, order should be in TECO /DLV status.

When you do a variance calculation the costs are calculated with your planned /target costs with Actual costs.

Change your order status to TECO DLV and try executing the variance,it should work. The variance amount will get posted to your Price difference account.

A partially cofirmed order (PCNF-when its not fully confirmed) can also be used for variance ..In such a case the confirmed items will have variance run for the period concerned.When you confirm it finally reexecute variance run,

Hi R.Opio,

Well i gone through with your thread and i have small questions fro you like:

What do you meant by TECO and PCNF?

well when you activate TECO it means you are technically your are closing the Order & If you are doing the PCNF you haven't done the Goods Receipt.

As of my knowledge for some conditions even in our business process we will do the TECO and PCNF as well OK.

If you go back and do the MRP Run again you can get the planning for the same quantity OK. Then do the Conformation in CO15

and then go to the MI GO t-code and then post the goods with the movement type 101 then the status become the delivered Ok.

I hope it helps, have any questions please pop me again.

dear Richard,

for all these orders you would simply to revoke TECO and to confirm zero quantity as a final confirmation

which will set the statuses DLV + CNF

set TECO again

and try to run KKS2 again...

good luck!

Hi,

After doing TECO you cannot calculate variance or WIP.or settlement

no actions are permitted with taht production order for which TECO has been done

afterr calculating overhead cost WIP,Variance,settlement then it is better to TECO
