mass client deletion in parallel

We have 5 clients in our DEV system. Now we need to delete 4 clients in system ,

Is it possible to delete clients4 in parallell ?.

Kindly suggest to me.

i tried 2 client at the same time and it is works fine for me

Hi Senthil,

As far as I know, parallel client deletion is no possible. I tried it long back but it did not work.

Why do you want to remove them in parallel?.... I don't know you but I like making sure that each of the client deletions run smoothly.

In anycase just make sure you have properly maintain the RFC server group in RZ12 to maximize the use of parallel processes

Hi Senthil,

You can delete multiple clients in parallel. You will need to ensure that you have sufficient work processes and resources configured in your SAP system.

hi,

I have enough work process in system. Currently am deleting client 400 then i tried to start next client(500) deletion

but it terminated with below error.

"Client copy is currently active"

Hi Senthil,

You try a single client deletion first and then try another deletion at the same time using scc5, check if it is possible to go for second client deletion at the same time.

I think it should not allow multiple client deletions at the same moment.
