rule policy and rule set in search result

HI GURUS,

it is related to CRM webui 7.0, i am not able to see any standard (sap provided) "rule policy" or "rule set" available when i search for it under search criteria work center group link.

i always get result "0" found.

how can i see that..?

it is for role:salespro and in "sales operation" work centre ; "search" work centre group;logical link "rule policy"

for rule policy:

view is "CRM_ERMS_PLYSRC/RulePolicySearch"

componant "CRM_ERMS_PLYSRC"

for rule builder:

view is "CRM_ERMS_PLYSRC"

component "FDT_Search"

Hi Gaurav

Please try to search with 'context = Intent Driven Interaction (IC WebClient)', you will see the 4 SAP standard rule policies:

CTXTID PROFID LONGTEXT

ICRULE FICAACCWITHCONT Account has called many times |

ICRULE FICACOHAVAILABLE Inbound correspondence request available|

ICRULE FICACOLAVAILABLE Collection items found

ICRULE FICADUNAVAILABLE Dunning items found

If not, please contact SAP by creating customer message and state clearly which SAP standard rule policy is missing in your system.
