i am creating a Licence throgh T.code:J1ILIC01,it am getting error

When i am creating a Licence throgh T.code:J1ILIC01,it am getting error that "enter valid slod to party/ship to party".Eventhough i entered correct one.Please provide me the solutio at the earliest.
