Batch number missing in Inspection lot

Hi,

First of all I don't know whether I am doing something wrong here or the system is behaving peculiarly.

I have activated 03 (in-process inspection type) in the material master. The material is batch managed and both the inspection lot & batch are created at Process order release.

My recipe header has inspection point 150 (inspection point based on time) activated.

Now if i go to QA03 to display the inspection lot, I am not able to see the batch number there, the batch field is empty.

However, if I remove the inspection point value 150 from the recipe header and then create a fresh process order, the batch is getting populated properly in the inspection lot (QA03).

But as per my requirement, i ought to have inspection point 150 setting in Recipe, so that I will get a new inspection point every 1 or 2 hours. Is this due to some config settings or is this how the standard SAP behaves?
