MIGO is referring same line item from PO multiple times with full quanity

I made a PO with two line items and each has 800 quantity. Then made a partial GR for 400 on line item one and 300 on line item two.

Now I am trying to make the GR for rest of the quantity, but I find something strange. I find overall 5 line items in MIGO. The first line item is for 400 qty and this is correct and the last line item is for 500 which is for second line item in PO is also correct

The rest of the three line item in-between shows 800 qty referring the PO line item 1 I am not sure why and how these three line items are getting included.

Please suggest why this can happen.

    Hi,

This's really a strange eroor. Are you getting this type of error for all POs or for that particular PO? Which version (SAP) you are using?

    How do you do GR?

use MIGO and Goods receipt with Inbound Delivery? Or Purchase Order number?

If Inbound delivery, check inbound document if it has multiple items combined for different PO.

Did you guys got any solution this problem. I am getting similar issue when doing GR for a STO. STO got 2 line items out of which one of them is batch split to 2 sub line items (900001 qty 50 & 90002 qty 25). When I am trying to do GR, it is showing these sub items 3 times with full quantity.

Any hint or solution will be useful.

      Thanks
